Looking at it from a different slant. In Australian rules football the old tradition was the captain of the team [there was only 1 not like NFL where you can have multiple] always wore number 1. He lead the team and supported the coaches decisions on the field and also provided leadership and guidance both on and off the field to the rest of the team. I think we are all hoping Tua will be able to step up and for fill those roles I previously mentioned while becoming one of the best QB's in the game. Bottom line number 1 seems appropriate.
