Some guy from a show on sirius satalite radio came on NFL total access one time and said that here are the posible rookies of the year.

O:JJ Arrington-arizona
Darrayl Blackstock-Arizona

My rookies of the year are

O:Ronnie brown (depending on oline)or heath miller
D:Channing Crowder
 
im gonna say mike williams or ronnie, and on d marlin jackson and im rooting for crowder but i doubt it.

Realistically Ronnie Brown has a good chance of being offensive rookie of the year. Channing Crowder defensive rookie of the year? How likely is this when he probably won't even be staring and the several first round picks of the defensive side of the ball who will be starting.

If he starts and stay healthy the full year he might have a small chance at DROY. IMO, Caddy Williams will be OROY and Derrick Johnson at DROY.

You don't know that for sure. Last time i checked there is only two LB's that are granted a starting job and that is ZT and Seau. We could be looking at a 3 way battle at the other LB spot with Moore, Spragan and Crowder.
 
My guesses are:

Benson

Johnson

Benson will benefit from getting a higher % of carries than the other rookie backs while Johnson will benefit from a much improved KC defense overall. I think the Cowboy defense will also be much better, but I imagine that their 1st rounders will split the vote that goes to their team.
