It would be too perfect.

My gut tells me we stay status quo.. If we brought Mathis in, I'd be extremely happy though. I'm concerned about Turner being manhandled by Suh. ...but its Suh, so who knows. Coming in, I thought he'd really anchor down on a starting spot. If we get Mathis, Douglas still needs to keep getting as many reps as possible. It sounds like he's been okay thus far.
 
Shouldn't have been in this situation from the beginning... Orlando Franklin this year or Asamoah a year ago and we wouldn't even be talking about guard... shame.
 
More likely he'd be saying this to pressure another team, eg Jets, to pull the trigger.

Franklin would have been a great signing, especially with his versatility

Mathis is basically asking for Franklin money, so yeah i'm pretty sure we could have afforded him. His cap number for this season would have been 4.4m and 6.9m next year.
 
Ross pull out that pocket book and put up some large doh up front. Make it happen, or damn right about winning is Gonna be a dammed statement.

Yeah I guess your right, that would of been epic. Our Players seem too excited just for our season to go down the drain again cause our line can't hold for a 7 foot drop. Hope we do something
 
Fingers crossed he becomes a Dolphin but my hopes aren't high.
