Hearing that from his advisers is great news. Unfortunately I fully believe Ross' advisers are his left shoe and his right shoe. I picture him having daily deep conversations with them.

I thought Tannebum was brought in to handle the football decisions. He's been strangely quiet through all this. Doesn't this move fall to him as the guy on top ?
If Ross really likes Joes personally make him be the hatch man. I thought all along his plan was to bring his own guys in if the team failed.

PLEASE BE TRUE. Got a chance to get to 3-3...but I know I will never see any win as a sure thing from now on.

I was wondering who his advisors were. Marino? Tannenbaum? Dungy?

it doesnt matter if it happens now, nothing with any meaning will happen until the season is over anyway. i guess it would send a message to the rest of the staff but if ross doesnt get rid of tannebaum its not going to matter much. we need to sweep EVERYONE out, but mostly tannebaum. he is the one im waiting for the news on. but even if it does happen, it wont happen until the end of the year
