If we regress even more ( I don't know how this will be possible) it falls on Steven Ross's shoulders.

I do not see how we will be improved over 5-11. The team is now without a coach and assistants.

Ireland and Ross should get out of town...period.
 
We all knew that no established coach would put their coaching lives in Ireland's hands. Aside from the inability to draft a QB or put together an above .500 team, that slimy asskissing mfer just found a new way to screw our team.
 
With the 8th pick of the 2012 draft, the Dolphins select Reilly Reiff, OT, University of Iowa.
 
ESPN reports that Ross declined to give Fisher the personnel control he was seeking, because of Ross’ loyalty to General Manager Jeff Ireland. That's a F***cking JOKE!! Ireland should had been fired with Tony he is a Horrible GM we are never going to have a winning season if we keep bums like him as our Staff! So disappointed in the Dolphins Org. Right now!

i find this HILARIOUS. while many of us were saying "MOVE ON ALREADY" everyone else was saying "no nothing wrong with this let us wait "

now all the sudden we waited too long b/c we dont have a coach or assistants yet?

not sure what side you were on, but had to point that out in general.
 
The only good thing I can think of right now is at least now after missing out on the coach he really wanted, Ross cant decide to give Sparano a 2 year extension.
 
1st ross is an idiot...

2nd I am glad that Fisher is not coming here...

3rd we are in for a long off season...

f*** ross and ireland - i will still hope for the best but this team is going no where with them in charge...i don't blame Fisher at all, not wanting to be told who to draft, who to cut ect....Ross and Ireland's record speaks for themselfs as well....get ready for the next Sparano, no legit head coach will come here at this point.
 
All we can hope for now is 0 - 16 next year to clean house...

It will literally take an Ofer season for Ross to get through his DOME that Ireland IS the problem
 
Maybe Ross will hire the Williams sister to coach the offense and JLO and mark Anthony to coach the defense! What a STUPID F**K
