Ireland will still get paid so who cares. How could Ireland even try to convince Ross he is doing a good job. "Hey Mr Ross look at what I did"

1. I cut 2 good linebackers and sign 2 crappy ones to replace them
2. I drafted guys who couldn't even see the field with all the picks I stockpiled
3. I traded a stud WR in Marshall for pennies and overpaid for Wallace and our offense did not improve at all
 
Ross is a Jets fan... He wanted to buy the Jets first. He is assuring Miami will get worse next yr, he just formed a subcommittee to his committee on sustained mediocrity

Hayden - I'm pretty sure that a female czar is called a czarina. This word could become a lot more popular.
Sometimes the best man for a job is a woman. Make no mistake Dawn is a high achiever and could be very demanding.
 
Watching Channel 7 local news and they couldn't confirm Ross being in the helicopter or not and they actually shot video.
