Ross is humiliated and angry right now...I have a feeling that a guy so concerned with "image" is going to attempt a huge move to try and "fix" the damage...

It might be a futile gesture ("Hey, lets go see if we can wrangle Drew Brees away from the Saints"), or it may be passing the buck (firing Ireland), but something big is going to be attempted by the draft.

He needs to do something because people are even more likely to watch games at home than they were at the end of last season. We've already missed out on every big name in FA and on two QBs. Regardless of what you think about the moves so far in the offseason, in the eyes of most Dolphin fans, this team is going to suck ass next season.

you know this how? ross could very well be laughing at season ticket holders right now with a joke of a off-season this team is having.

only thing that can save this off-season is getting a qb in round 1 which looks like the only one that will fall to us and if thats a maybe is tannehil.

I thought it would be tonight. I expected him to lay down the law and make ireland sign Smith for whatever price Smith wanted.

I have no clue now what can be done.

What WON'T work for this franchise is status quo (moore) or bringing in failures like garrard, vy or mcnabb.

How we get Tannehill at this point I can't fathom.

I am halfway wondering if this isn't all meant to soften up the fan base to get them to accept Tim Tebow.

I hope that "something" is selling the team...

We need more than a quarterback bud. I figured we traded Marshal to make cap room for Manning or Flynn and we have neither. We need a quarterback, a number one receiver, and I am not sure we have the running game straight either. When I used to post here more often, I was accused of being the perennial homer; but this year I see nothing to be optimistic about.
