I have been saying for a long time that Ross and Ireland are going to trash our team. If Ross doesn't sell the team then he needs to fire Ireland and bring in a GM who knows what the hell he is doing. Also a GM who deosn't act like he is superior to everyone. Then Ross needs to not be seen or heard. Let the football people do their thing and keep his ignorance out of things he knows nothing about.

He is not going to sell any time soon. He paid what a billion dollars for Miami, no one is going to give him that for Miami with the mess he has made here IMO.

I think Ireland could get fired after the draft, but you're probably right. Nothing until 2013. Who would be a good GM to replace him? Maybe Philbin has a guy in GB that he likes,
