Philbin is a nice guy. Heis a guy that's hard to fire. I understand that. There is one guy that could fix this team right now and that's Mike pettine. He knows the division and would help us sweep the jets and bills. Hire him and I guarantee he could get a great coordinator. Maybe Scott linnehan? Phillbin doesn't fire this team up. He is a coordinator not a head coach. The special teams coach seems to be telling him what to do all the time. Please change this mediocrity.
