Dolphins owner Stephen Ross says the team's top offseason priority is finding a franchise quarterback.

Unlike last offseason, it doesn't sound like the Dolphins will be willing to fall back on Chad Henne, who is a free agent. Fellow free agent Matt Flynn will almost certainly be the Dolphins' top choice to replace Henne, but they also figure to be heavily connected to Baylor QB Robert Griffin III.

And Ross said they would go get a High Profile coach and landed a guy that didnt even run the offense.
 
Ross should stop making statements. Surprise us with results and stop boring us with promises...

Im sure he didnt have not one say in the offense.. Nor did he attend any of the offensive meetings, nor did he understand or have ANY hand in putting together a playbook each week. Not ONCE in the entire 5 years he was GB's OC, right? :crazy:
 
Who needs a big name coach? Was john harbaugh, sean payton or mike tomlin big names before they got their shot?
