Ross takes a shot at the D vol. atta boy Jerrah Jr.

Ross should've spoke the truth and said "our defense sucked". He then could've followed that up by saying how dumb he is for having all his "celebrities" at Sun Life Stadium. Hey Ross, nobody gives a rats arse if you have your chronies at the stadium. The fans just want a winning product on the field. Period.

Owners very seldom come out and take this kind of tone, let alone week 1. Can you imagine Kraft or the Rooneys saying "supposed to be good"? What about Irsay or Bisciotti? If he's saying this in public, imagine what he's saying behind closed doors. This is the same guy who tried to court a coach while he had one hired, and has laid ultimatums for the QB and coaching staff.
 
That to me sounds like a snub at that doucebag IRELAND
 
Our "D" I use that letter loosely as they don't deserve to be called a "D". maybe we'll call them "SC" for swiss cheese, should be mad, should be embarrassed, and they should take exception to the fact they ****ing sucked, and one more person saying should have no effect as they should already be mother****ing pissed off and wanting to punch someone in the ****ing mouth. **** this SC.
 
Boy I don't know how our D will recover after getting "ripped" by Ross like that. I haven't seen a tongue lashing like that since Mr. Rogers got angry at his sweater.

Sounds like some of my rants during the game on Monday night.
 
To his credit he spoke more bluntly and factually than any of the candy-coated pablum I remember Wayne, Wanny and now Tony usually spinning

Exactly, Its hard to imagine Ross being less frustrated with this team last year..

I think there is a good chance Tony is fired if we lose to the Texans..
 
What I got out of that article was Ross' company owns $15 BILLION is real estate. Holy **** that's a lot money. Wish he'd use some of that money to pay off the local papers and have them hire some decent beat writers.

That will definitely happen for two reasons. One owners have a great deal of history firing their coaches after the second week of the season and two, Tony has never taken a team that started 0-2 to the playoffs, oops!
