Ross wants changes to the uniform and stadium

I agree. I've been watching the team since the early 80s and the team could use a change. Those of you wishing to keep everything the same or even go back to the old logo and unis, its time to move forward.

Yep. That's my rooting interest, far beyond any other aspect of the franchise.

Altered staircases in the current dump won't change anything. It's like the Titanic calling a 30 second time out.

IMO, our classy uniform combos are white pants only, and either white or aqua tops. The light aqua pants look dull prior to kickoff and increasingly sweaty and sloppy during the game. Hard for me to believe the aqua pants have been tolerated to this date.

Ross is capable of anything. That's the scary reality, with Nike involved. He approved the new song, and Gator Day, not to mention the carpet obsession. Years ago 49ers fans revolted when a new USFL-caliber logo and uniform were unveiled. The team relented seemingly within hours. In our case and in this era there's too much potential for a grotesque longstanding disaster, with the college aged crowd preferring dark or darker colors and bizarre logos. It's like wading through a 5 mile tattoo parlor with drunks on either arm.
 
I'm against messing with the logo, other than maybe sorting out the long-standing contentious issue of the helmet on the dolphin in some way. But it should be a very subtle evolution as I think we have one of the most iconic logos in the NFL.

Having seen what Nike have achieved in the college game with some of the uniforms, many are a great combination of fresh, classy and still holding true to the college identity. I'd be less afraid of Nike coming up with a good look than their predecessors. The signature colors of Aqua and coral have got to be kept, but I'm personally not insistent that they be the dominant colors.

As for the stadium, nobody knows the investment ramifications of a stadium change more than Ross. If he hasn't used his first few years to sell the concept of a new stadium, I think it's a cert the numbers don't stack up and therefore unlikely he ever will. The best you can hope for is a refurb.

If Ross is as HUGE and life-long 'Fin as he says,then the 70's/80's Retros are the "ONLY" answer.These new/racy unis look terrible IMO!!! We are one of the very few teams left,that carry even a hint of the traditional look.Our Thanksgiving unis "ABSOLUTELY RULE"!!!

I love our unis and colors and this is good that Ross wants to make changes in this organization but tradition is tradition and changing logo and uniforms isn't a good idea...
 
I'd like to move away from the cartoon logo and go throwback from the '70s and '80s.
 
Ross needs to buy up some city blocks near overtown in the neighborhoods close to Bay Front and AAA arena. The property values are depressed. The area needs to be renovated and move the petty thief's out. Pave over 6 blocks and build a new football only stadium next to the express way with a parking garage for 75000 fans. He could build some shops and restaurants on the property too.

Mothball the old stadium and sell. The area around there is a slum and it is too far from the water front. Use it for homeless people, relocate all the people from the new stadium from over town...whatever. Play soccer there. It was designed for soccer anyways

Can we send this to Ross? I'm afraid of what he will want it to look like. I think this is perfect. Can everyone tweet/email/mail/fax/facebook/IM this to Ross and the higher ups and say "hey, you want to change the uniform. Check this out."
