Ross says he has to give it a lot of thought. Is thinking about it a lot going to turn the last two debacle losses into wins?
 
he needs to clean house but what he will do is a lot of thinking about it and end up with cosmetic changes like firing Sherman.
 
even if ireland is fired the damage has already been done. but i'd at least feel somewhat better.
 
This is a positive comment from Ross. Nothing's off the table, as it should be. It signals accountability, and no one should be comfortable.

Now, if we only could get Ross to evaluate his ownership of the team.

It is a positive comment IF we have any hope that he will actually do what he says. I do not.

If we are banking on Ross' ability to hold people accountable, then everyone will be staying and Bill Parcells and Tony Sparano will receive very puzzling pink slips in the mail.
