Ross...you are a FRACKING MORON

Ross is the problem and always has been. Until he is gone, the Dolphins will have no success.

Another stupid idiotic thread!

I know right? Ross has nothing to do with the fracking industry, he's a real-estate mogul, why can't you guys get your insults right!?

Another stupid idiotic thread!
Why?
This team is broken from the owner down. How many GMs and HCs and players have passed through this team since Ross bought the team. The only constant is Ross.
Time to put some fan pressure on the problem.

The owner provides everything every coach and gm has asked of him to make this team successful. Yet he's the problem?

Yes, he is the problem. He knows nothing about football and is more concerned with creating a club/party atmosphere than actually winning. He is responsible for the GM and HC hires. He botched the Harbaugh negotiations. He gets advice from the wrong people. He makes decisions too late. Really, the list is endless for why he is the problem.

Throwing money at a team is not the same as doing what's best or smart.

The owner promoted Tannenbaum to team president, who hired the coach and the GM, who made trades and picked the players.
It all starts with Ross

Ross is the owner and he hired incompetent idiots to run his team. So yes Ross does deserve blame.

He is absolutely the problem. He talks about continuity yet forces marriages with staff and coaches every friggan time. The dude makes the same mistake every single time. And, the dude hired Tannenbaum, nothing else more needs to be said after that... nothing!

Well, the fact that he goes out and seaches for coaches to hire when we already have one, the fact that he waits a year too late to fire anyone and then only fires half the staff, the fact that he hires a committee of advisors to advise him to make football hires and still can't make the right decision should tell you something

Ross is the main problem. As stated above in numerous posts, he does not know how to run a football organization. It all starts with Ross hiring the right people in the front office. If he can not get that right, which he has not since he has been here, can not expect any success.

The NFL is a business like anything else. If you have an Owner who does not know anything about the business, and has needed his "advisers" since the day he took over, and keeps making bad hire after bad hire, the miserable results will continue. If you look at the NFL teams who are consistently successful, take a look at their ownership and front office first, before even looking at the players. You will see they all have solid structure and personnel starting at the very top.

The latest disaster of a hire in Tannenbaum is a perfect example of how it all starts with Ross. Now we have a bunch of overpriced players, that deliver no results. We have no dept, we make mad moves in the draft, etc. It is a train wreck and it all begins with Ross.

He fires coaches too late. Gives them fake extensions and usually fires them soon after. He only can get 1st time coaches because no veteran coach is dumb enough to work for such an owner.

I'm shocked this thread didn't come with fire the new coach after 5 games.

I would go to every decision-maker on this team and ask them if we have a franchise QB and if anyone doesn't emphatically say "NO WAY" I would say thank you for your service and have them escorted from the premises immediately.
