Round 1: Rolando McClain ILB Alabama: He would be a huge help and a huge upgrade over what we have now the guy is a beast. 6'4 258 pounds.
Round 2: DeMarcus Granger DT Oklahoma: Big DT that could possibly take over for Jason Ferguson. 6'2 307 pounds.
Round 3: George Selvie DE/OLB South Florida: The guy is a awesome pass rusher and i think he would be a really good addition that could take over for Porter or Taylor. 6'4 245 pounds.
Round 4 Myron Rolle S Florida State: a very smart saftey that could help us alot cant be any worse then worse then what we have now. 6'2 216 pounds

I went off of where scout.com thought what round each player would go in

100% Agree with that mock!!! Don't know if Selvie will last that long!

i dont think selvie will last that long eather but i hope he does i am just going off of what Scout.com thinks these players are going to go

our Defense would look good with that

DE: Kendall Langford
NT: DeMarcus Granger
DE: Randy Starks

OLB: Quinten Moses/ or someone else but i really like Quinten Moses i think he needs a shot out there we need to get younger and this would make us alot younger
ILB: Channing Crowder
ILB: Rolando McClain
OLB: George Selvie

CB: Vontae Davis
SS: Chris Clemons
FS: Myron Rolle
CB: Sean Smith

loved the mock but no porter or taylor? and no bell? even if porter and taylor both somehow leave i'd think wake and selvie would be the starters. and bell is a very good SS while we don't know what we have in clemons - who i thought was a FS anyways. not saying anything negative but just wondering how you came up with that starting D.

Clemons is the back up SS right now and Tryon Culver is the back up FS. i came up with that starting draft with our first four draft picks and back up SS Clemons and SOLB Quinten Moses who is the back up for JT right now

gotcha. i know he's listed as our backup SS - but i thought that was just b/c there was no one else that fits the profile. pretty sure he'd be a FS on this team - but i could be wrong.

so taylor retires i take it - but what about porter and bell? and you like moses more than wake? just askin.

with bell i wouldnt mind seeing him stay as the starter if he can step it up that is the same for Gibril wilson they both have a ton of talent they just arnt jelling right now and it is killing us. the reason i like Moses over wake is because Moses is a SOLB and Wake is a WOLB and i see wake as a pass rusher only and as a SOLB you cant just be a pass rusher. and yes i dont see us keeping Taylor after this season his contract will be up and i see him retiring.

fair enough.

#1DOLPHINSFAN: sorry, but you NEVER take a player
that hi with any "could" attached to it.

if a team thinks a player "could" rather than "would",
then they should move along to another player at another position.

in your mind as a gm, you better be CONVINCED that player is going to do what you draft him to do when
your making the selection that hi up.

no ifs, buts or maybes.

I believe 2 6th round picks and 3 7ths.

Believe its three 6th's and 2 7'ths.

Should be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th (ours) 6th (washington-Jason Taylor trade) 6th (KC-Nuduwke and Alleman), 7th (ours) 7th (KC-for seventh last year, traded during draft)

Correct?? Our 5th was traded to KC for Thigpen.
