This is who I'd like to see the Fins draft in Round 7...

ROUND 7 (200) - OG Kasey Studdard, Texas
This guy is an animal. Plays with passion and aggression. His father played offensive tackle for the Denver Broncos for 10 seasons (1979-88). Studdard could go in the 6th round. Can't pass him up if he's still available in the 7th. He will end up starting in the NFL.

ROUND 7 (219) - CB Tim Mixon, Cal
Some scouts had him rated higher than his teammate Daymeion Hughes, but then he got injured. Could be the steal of the draft if he bounces back.

If Studdard and Mixon are off the board, here are some other possibilities:

S Craig Dahl, North Dakota St (special teams)
S Brandon Mitchell, Ohio St
S Marcus Paschal, Iowa
LB Justin Hickman, UCLA
LB Prescott Burgess, Michigan
LB David Holloway, Maryland
LB Ameer Ismail, Western Michigan
LB Blair Phillips, Oregon
LB Desmond Bishop, Cal
LB Anthony Waters, Clemson (injured)
RB Selvin Young, Texas
FB Deon Anderson, Connecticut
FB Le'Ron McClain, Alabama
CB Chaz Williams, Louisiana-Monroe
CB Brandon McDonald, Memphis
CB Duane Coleman, Clemson
WR Dallas Baker, Florida
WR Syndric Steptoe, Arizona
C Dan Mozes, West Virginia
C Kyle Young, Fresno St

What do you say FinHeaven? Who do you like in the 7th round?

I would love it if Justin Hickman came to us. Of course, as a UCLA student, I am a Bruins homer, but Hickman is a guy who just gets to the QB despite his physical shortcomings (sort of the way JT was called). He played a huge uncredited role in helping us knock out USC. And he's a very underrated run stopper. Could be a nice OLB/DE hybrid that we can develop.

I can see us putting a flyer in Mixon but we do have to be a bit wary considering the last time we tried out an injured CB. I'd rather we get someone in an earlier round.

We actually have a thread about who we should draft in round 7? Wow.

I think round 7 will be all about depth for the offensive line. Probably nobody special just reserves that Houck can work with.

Meaning what exactly?

Do you suppose Mueller and Cameron are thinking about who they should draft in the 7th round? Well, I am, too. Just a big fan. Sorry.

ROUND 7 (200) - I like Studdard, too. You gotta love the bloodlines. Plus he's mean and nasty. I like that.

ROUND 7 (219) - RB Selvin Young, Texas. This guy will pick up the slack for Travis Minor and Sammy Morris.

I would get studdard in the 6th round though. I think he may be gone by then. I like Studdard. He is nasty, as i have posted on here before.
