Roy Williams is not fitting in Dallas's new

Roy Williams is one of my favorite defensive players in the league, right next to Nnamdi. I think it would be amazing if we could pick him up. He is a bit overrated but he's obviously proven much better than any talent we have there and is a great step for our defense. I don't see this happening though.

He doesn't fit in their defensive scheme because he is a liability against the pass. That's not what you are looking for in a safety.

He's probably overpaid too. :shakeno:

Wer already have the poor man version of Roy Williams who is worse in coverage named Keith Davis.

I would like Roy Williams here. Not because he's a big name or anything, but because he brings much needed toughness to our secondary and can really lay the load (that's what she said). But, he's still young, knows Parcells defense, and would be a nice fit next to Jason Allen.

No surprise he doesn't fit their defensive scheme. Most schemes do require the safety to cover someone every now and again. Check any Dallas fan site and they would dance the jig to get rid of him after watching him get burned time after time.

Maybe if he puts on twenty pounds and makes the switch to linebacker, which is basically what he is now.
