Is Reid Sinnett an athletic qb? It would make sense to put a high level athlete at that position to lead the scout team to help prepare for some of these new age qbs.

Last I checked 15 of the 32 teams only had 2 qba on the 53 man roster like the Dolphins do. Teams trying to take advantage of the new rule allowing a few ps players to be active on Sundays.
