RUMOR: Brandon Marshall Trade?

Agree with Dr. Phin. A 2nd is the max we would be able to get for BM.
 
perception becomes reality: depends on how bad a team feels they need him for a PO run and whether there are other competing teams feeling the same way.

A 2nd is definitely the minimum and I could see bidding driving it up to a conditional first and perhaps more.
 
To anyone that thinks Brandon Marshall isn't a Top 10 receiver in this league, give me what you're smoking.

He's not tradeable if I were Ireland.
 
The dude is a top 10 WR. You guys are ridiculous to think otherwise. Without him our offense wouldn't even score 10 ppg with this absent running game and o-line blocking.
 
as for san fran if things keep going the way they are right now san fran is gonna win the division (damn...what a job by harbaugh...not surprised...well maybe a little surprised he turned it around this fast and with alex smith as his qb) which means that pick if you trade him for a 2nd to them will be in the 50's...it would take more than a pick in the 50's for me to trade b marshall...i know that

kinda wonder how legit this interest is though cause b marsh could easily mess up the good thing they have going in san fran after a few errant throws from alex smith...he could easily upset the applecart over there...
 
Marshall is going no where. Big deal SF made a call.
 
No way any team would give up a 1st, Probably not a 2nd either. Maybe a 3rd. If it were to happen (big IF), Ross would be the driving factor. Sparano and most likely Ireland, are playing for the present, not the future.
 
you trade marshall for a 3rd ie a pick in the 80's most likely if its to san fran you deserve a pink slip...

His dropping more balls then anyone in the nfl this year and continuing that trend last year. His lack of TD production also is a major point for his position as not a top 10 WR.
 
If Marshall commits a bone head play Monday night and does get kicked out of the game, how many of you defending him, will still want him on the team?
 
This isn't the same guy who was reporting we were trading for Palmer is it?

I would take a second rd pick in a nanosecond.
In light of his personality disorder..

As the season will spiral out of control so will Marshall.
I fear his tweet is only the beginning.
It is a bad marriage and his value will only decline as time passes.

If we make a trade then it shows me that Ireland is confident in staying. Why else would he dump assets.
