The Ravens want to draft a quarterback and they don’t think they’ll be able to nab their first choice, Matt Ryan of Boston College, with the eighth pick in the draft. That would then lead the Ravens to try to trade down and select their second-rated quarterback, Chad Henne of Michigan, and Clayton reports that they’d be willing to take Henne as high as 10th, the pick the Saints own.

if true, as a Michigan fan I say way to go Henne.
 
I suppose if they want a QB... they want a QB... They could probably trade that #8 pick for Quinn... I doubt the Browns are too thrilled to have all that money wrapped up in QB's... lol

That would be shocking, but going by team needs then no harm even though analysts will shred this apart.
 
He may be in the top 10 of all the qb's in the draft, but not a top 10 draft pick.
 
If that happened it would be like the Bills reaching for Donte Whitner a couple of years ago.

No one expected Whitner to go that high.

No way is this true.

Henne will AT THE EARLIEST go at the end of the 1st...and that's only if there is a huge run at QB during the middle of the 1st.
 
No way that'll happen. They'd be the biggest laughing stock since........well, us last year. Henne will be picked with the 32nd pick, not the 10th
 
That would SHOCK me . . . Bmore should just go CB and try to get a QB in Round 2 . . . or trade back into round 1.
