Rumor: dolphins meeting with manning again

I thought Peyton was coming to Miami all this time, something being kept hush, didn't think it would cost Marshall but it has. Its fine if Manning comes that we lost him, but if it was for that trash of a trade, we really are a joke. Cancer or not, you need that talent especially if your gonna roll with Moore or bring in Flynn. you have to think because the trade was so one sided, that Miami wanted to lose Marshall for at least something, so that they could get the real prize.

No. But hopefully some new staff members and new HC can finally be realistic and not boarder line retarded.

very true, i thought maybe things might change after today but i guess not, i just saw a report they are negotiating w/ flynn. we cant ever make the correct choice

While I STRONGLY disagree with the Marshall debacle( hardly a trade, we got fleeced IMO), signing FLynn doesn't mean we made the wrong choice. Give Flynn a chance to suck before passing judgement on him.
 
What's the deal? Is this a bogus rumor or are we meeting for a second time with Peyton?
 
Losing Marshall for Manning and co. is the only thing that makes this trade okay to me. Not Flynn, not drafting another WR, or anything else.

Jesse Agler on Finsiders show said earlier he saw Philbin walking around the Miami Facilities to have lunch, roughly 1-1:30pm. So it's most likely not plausible Philbin flew out to Indy for an afternoon meeting of some kind.
 
This rumor can't be true unless Manning is in south Florida. Sherman and Philibin are both still in South Florida.
