go to ESPN insider and it has this rumor, they say that he would be insurance in case they don't get Alexander back. this is interesting because the Falcons would be forced to put Duckett at RB full time and he doesn't have what it takes to be full time. Thus they might be interested in Ricky Williams to fill Dunn's void. I'm just throwing out another possible trade partner.

So now Jacksonville, Indy, Denver, Arizona, Detroit (don't know how but someone brought them up), and Atlanta are all possible suitors for Ricky

You must be forgetting the other backs out there, Alexander would then be available, Jamal Lewis, Ahman Green? , Edge, The rookies in the draft.

I just don't wanna see Ricky leave us.

sorry about the old news but I am anxious for something to happen and I haven't talked about this rumor yet

I am hearing whispers about a trade between Vikings and Baltimore. Jamal Lewis for Daunte Culpepper

I hear whispers too. And I see dead people. They tell me Spielmen needs work!

Its funny how every single NFL move somehow comes back to Ricky being traded....imagine if the seahawks staff read this, theyd probably be laughing their a$$es off

When i read the title of this thread, i thought for sure they made a mistake by posting it in the wrong forum....only to read it and find out it was related to Ricky being traded...

I'm still not sure why Denver needs another RB, I know they need a WR, but a RB? Bell 921 yards 8 TD's. Anderson 1014 yards and 12 TD's. They need another stud RB like Ricky? Geezums.

it would be a salary cap thing, he would cost less and have more production. than Bell and/or Anderson would be traded. Ricky would not get a new contract, he doesn't have any leverage to make demands for more money

Ok lets consider something here.........something that seems to have eluded you........

We can only create threads about the Miami Dolphins or news which might pertain or relate to the team. It doesn't take a genious to see that if Warrick Dunn departs, it could create yet another, now say it with me now, P-O-T-E-N-T-I-A-L trading partner for Ricky's services.

Hope that clears things up for you.

Anderson is 33 years old and as somebody once pointed out on this board he's also 1 strike away from a suspension. Tatum Bell's been decent, but he's a one-dimensional back and a piss poor preparation guy. Calling either one of those guys studs is a bit of an exaggeration. None of those guys can hold a candle to Ricky's abilities.
