That is absolutely true, and that's before we even get to their opinion on Mike Tomlin.
As send then Jonnu and Ramsey along with a 4th for their 2nd. We cover half ramseys salary.
That damn McD and his last 25 years of being a HC. LolAnd we are 0-5 over the last 22 years. And Grier still has a job! Ross cant fire himself but the rest is a big shame.
Tomlin hasn’t won a playoff game in 8 years… AFTER being the HC for the previous ten years and some here are excusing him and bash McD 3 years in.
No way dude. Tomlin has lived off of riding the coattails of Cower’s team for 15 years. I mean, he’s better than Philbin or Gase, but I’d ride with McD for at least a couple more years before changing HC’s and wouldn’t be happy at all with Tomlin.

Steelers are lucky Browns have 5 QBs on their roster. If they had even some semblance of NFL caliber QB play, Steelers will be last in their division.

Cowher took Odonell to the the AFCCG and a SB and took Stewart to the AFC Championship game, twice. Cowher never coached Brister and won a playoff game with Tomczak’s only year in Pittsburgh.
Tomlin had Rothlesburger 4x longer than Cowher (3 years vs 12 years). And if not for that early, Cowher built team, Tomlin has done nothing.

Cowhher missed playoffs two or three years in late 90s. They almost fired him but fired gm. Then he turned it around. Steelers are very patient and it seems to work.
With tomliN they missed playoffs 2018 2019 and 2022.
2021 and 2023 they got in only because a zillion teams lost to get them in. In 2020 they lost their last 5 out of 6 and and last year lost their last 5. Both playoffs years. Their fans are pissed. I live in Pittsburgh and here them bitch.

we made playoffs two years in a row and those years felt incredible to me.
Steelers have had basically alot of same seasons as us since 2018 but got lucky in snuck in playoffs a few times compared to us not getting much help in 2020

Its amazes me. Cause our highs seasons recently compared to them are considered mediocre seasons. Basically I would take their crappy seasons since 2018 they had lately over our what we had. And I was psyched to be back in playoffs to years in a road.
My post probably doesn’t make sense but I am somewhat envious of even their down years. Lol.
And if Tomlin was available I would be very interested too. And that is coming from someone who given up on McDaniel.

Then in 2023 they needed a terrible titans team -(who beat us ) to beat a jags team trying to win and get in. Both times they got what they needed. They got a horse shoe up their ass in terms of sneaking in playoffs last 5 years. Trust me. I follow them very closely living in Pittsburgh. I hate them. But jealous too lol
