Rumors- JLC: Divide Between Philbin and FO/ Ross may trade for Harbaugh

Translation: Jason La Canfora, you are now on Boss Ross' ****list.
I am not sure how he continues to keep his job at CBS. You would think CBS would begin to be concerned that his type of reporting would reflect on them eventually.

I doubt LaCanfora completely makes things up out of thin air but I would bet his sources are the bottom dwellers in the organization, like maybe the janitor heard somebody yelling something and LaCanfora runs with it embellishing, stretching the truth or reporting things out of context.

And Barry likely has legit high up sources but they're going to feed him the info that paints the organization in the best possible light.

So you have to decide for yourself what the truth is but I would just say try to take all information from "unknown sources" regardless of who's reporting it with a huge grain of salt.

Nah. Doesn't matter if you are right. Nobody can prove you WRONG, and you
simply generate hit after hit after hit. We are building the world we are getting.

Are you ****ing serious?

Absolutely. Or are you saying that Shula's first 3 years as a head coach were better than Harbaugh's first three years as a head coach. If that's what you're saying, show me why.

Can't argue with you there.

Nah. Doesn't matter if you are right. Nobody can prove you WRONG....

That's pretty much what sports reporting has come down to. Reporting headline grabbing info that can't be proven wrong is much easier than getting legit info.

Well it's not just with the Fins organization (though he tends to be very awful when it comes to reporting on our team) but he tends to suck with other teams to.

Its even worse than that. As an example when it was reported that Marino hated Philbin by Cole that "truth" became indisputable at that point. if Marino doesn't respond then it must be true. If Marino does respond then he's just covering his ass and Marino is now looked at as the liar. Meanwhile Cole just sits back and laughs all the way to the bank.

All that matters these days is if you're FIRST. Wether your right or not is no longer relevant .

That is quite a rebuttal to JLC.

I think Barry Jackson has no use for JLC either. Anyone else get that inkling?

Hopefully you did. I'm surprised you didn't use more caution in posting this fabrication to begin with.
