Unless you don't believe there is a back on the current roster or one that we could get in the draft then there's no reason to pay for a vet that's going to command more $. At least that's what I think.

I suppose that Thomas will get cut because he can't block, and he's not dynamic enough out of the back field, they need la garrete blount who is a punishing and physical running back, Thomas is not physical, Thomas is that grass snake that wants to be mistaken for a rattle snake.
