i was just looking over the game stats when i saw our average rushing yards. 1.9yds! bears have a bad o-line and they averaged 4.2. was this just a bad first game for them or a glimps of things to come?

A lot of the rushing yards were done against 2nd and 3rd string defensive players(55yards to be exact)...don't look to much into the stats, just look at how we compare to last year. Also, don't forget, we are running a new scheme of playing on D, so each and every player has to adjust to it.

I'm not worried. It is a new system and things were rough. If we don't do something amazing soon though, Todd France will be lapping this up.

Well, it's not a good sign, but it's to early to panic. Our O-line needs some time to gel. We're still sorting out the best 5 and they haven't had much chance to play together.

I expect the D-line to look better in the regular season. We have enough talent there that it shouldn't be a problem.
