If Parker is back in some productive capacity, Tua's downfield options should increase.

Honestly, this should be viewed as a "nothing to lose" game for Tua. They should be more willing to be aggressive with the play calling to see what he can do.

Logically it makes sense. But it’s also strange that Tua wouldn’t be a close contact.

From what I know It depends on teams insisting on keeping player/team protocols as listed by NFL

Denver QBs did not do that
