Ryan TanneFiedler

And of course the only other alternative is to attack the poster. It's entirely impossible for one to simply do nothing in response. :)

People should attack the poster. He is nothing more than a troll and is clearly someone's fake account.

Well....except for the fact that your data is comparing a QB in his 6th & 7th years versus 1st & 2nd.......and the fact that one is a talented 1st rounder while the other is a journeyman who could never lead a team anywhere that mattered.

Jay Fiedler played all those years (with a much better O-line than we had in 2013) and still only managed to throw 3 more touchdowns than interceptions in his entire career.

Tannehill was plus 7 last year alone.

Not sure where all this idiotic Tannehill bashing is coming from? But the posters making them are only looking extremely foolish by their clear lack of reason and objectivity.

Fiedler threw a nice deep ball......just sayin?

He also had pocket awareness, the ability to scramble and when he scrambled he had HEART. Remember that game winning TD vs. the Raiders in the first game back after 9/11?

Fiedler was a leader and had guts. He threw a decent deep ball, but he missed a wide open Chambers deep way too many times. His inability to connect with Chambers killed us in so many games. It was the one thing that cost us a SB run with that team.

Fiedler did not have the arm strength of Tannehill, but overall he was a much better QB.

Ryans #'s aren't too much better then Fiedlers first two years in Miami..... QB rating is almost identical. Took RT 138 more pass attempts to throw for 4 more tds in their second years... RT fumbles more, and both of identical comp %'s.

Okay, what is your point?

Puhlease. If the Raiders game that you're referring to was a home game then I was in the stadium, and if I recall correctly Fiedler did show heart and scored on a nice run to win the game. I also had a bird's eye view to the interception that he gift wrapped to Anthony Dorsett, a patented Fiedler overthrow/sail pass. Fiedler was so wristy that he was a Safeties' wet dream- his wristy motion and general inaccuracy caused him to regularly float balls over receivers in the middle right into the arms of Safeties, pennies from heaven, and that throw that Dorsett intercepted was a classic example of that.

As bad as Jay Cutler can be as per floating passes because of innacuracy and a wristy motion, Fiedler was much worse at that. Plus he had one heck of a defense, Ricky Williams and a solid OL- the missing link on that team, by far, was having a good QB. Fiedler was nothing more than a caretaker at QB, and not a very good one at that. Any time that we actually needed a QB to play well or help to win a game as opposed to protecting a lead- Fiedler was the wrong man for the job more often than not. Tannehill has a long way to go, but comparing him to Feidler? Uh, no.

It's not as much fun as it is watching a social anomaly. You're a twisted dude.

And a boring one at that. Every one of his posts lack anything exciting and useful

I agree 100% with your assessment of Fiedler. All that team needed was a good QB to be a legit SB contender. Its almost like this team.

I see what you did there! It is pretty dumb to compare Tannehill to Fiedler

Alright everyone let's stop with these spam threads about info that doesn't need there own thread.

I'm getting tired of reading the same **** everyday from the same people...Cut it out

TanneFiedler?

What a poor parody name.

Agreed. There are so many better options..................

Tannefail. Tannebust. Tannebum. Tannescrub. Hennehill. Turnoverhill. Mediocrehill. Ryan Runofthemill.

Tanne also had pocket awareness, the ability to scramble, and when he did get outside the pocket he made PLAYS. Remember that game winning TD vs. the Falcons last year in week 3?

Tannehill is a leader and had guts, taking 58 sacks in one year and still finishing the season? Unbelievable he even made it out alive. He threw a decent deep ball, but he missed a wide open Wallace deep way too many times. His inability to connect with Wallace killed us in so many games. It was the one thing that cost us the playoffs this year...

Fiedler did not have the arm strength of Tannehill, but overall Tannehill is a much better QB.

fixed it for you

How can he have had a decent deep ball yet he missed Chambers open too many times?
