Not having Sherman as offensive coordinator should solve about half the problems Tannehill had. Sherminator was running a high school offense. "Okay Ryan, here's your options....1,2,3,4....start with one and go through your progressions" NO successful NFL offense has been run that way for over a decade, you line up, you put motion in play, you move guys all over the field to create a mismatch....BEFORE the ball is snapped your QB reads the defense, sees where he will have a mismatch then used play-action or eye fakes or head fakes, or roll outs to give the receiver space to make a play.

Now if Ryan can start hitting open receivers 40 yards downfield, and with a better OC...I expect a big jump and a possible Pro Bowl berth. And a playoff game....and if that happens, I pray to God every one of these posters that whined and cried that Tannehill was Henne Part II eats crow and shuts up for an entire offseason. But they won't, they'll come back and complain about something else, like the linebackers....and they'll blame that on Hickey as well. I think Ireland's entire clan posts on here sometimes.

Lol these guys make this site unreadable. Its ok to criticize but when you can't acknowledge anything positive about that player and you post in every thread about the same thing. That's beyond annoying
