Sorry bro... Nowhere on here is Tannehill's WPA?!? Please revise to include WPA, and you have yourself one hell of a chart IMO. Thanks in advance.

So Tannehill is putting up average numbers with a crappy OL, subpar running game, and a lazy knucklehead as a "speed" receiver. Wow, he is a great QB. 7th ranked by PFF I think.

That doesn't show anybody anything that we don't know.

He's average at the deep ball. Surprisingly higher than I though due to the circumstances he's had this year.

I agree with another poster that its better than I expected.

Oh and Sims was right.

Whatever the numbers bear out, I think we all agree that Tannehill's deep ball game needs improvement. So what's the fix?

I am curious to know, what the completion % looks like in practice. Is he doing better in practice? Are the throws more accurate? Is Wallace coming up with more catches? Or is his accuracy a problem then too, which makes me question also, how do they fix it?

Thanks for taking the time to generate the data. An interesting player to compare Tannehill with is Ben Roethlisberger. I have been surprised that Sherman hasn't thrown deep to Wallace more often. I may be wrong but I got the impression that Big Ben in previous years would try to exploit Wallace's speed and he was a potent weapon. Maybe Tannehill isn't as good at throwing a really good deep ball as Roethlisberger or needs more practice? Maybe Sherman knows that this is a deficiency? Anyway it seems like Wallace is missing Big Ben and Big Ben is missing a speedster like Wallace.
