Doing a nice job going into halftime. Strong arm and nice touch. I think he has perfectly mobility for a QB at the next level...Will operate in the pocket, but enough mobility to move the launching point.

He is good prospect that would be a joy for a QB coach to work with. Might not be ready to play right away, but it will not cost an arm and leg to go get (see RGIII).

Here is a wild idea we might be able to trade back a few spots and actually gain draft picks and still take Tannehill complete sarcasm of course

If you have a conviction in a QB, run the card up.

im watching this game..... he starts of nice... but after halftime looks like hes lost everything. whats up with that? season 3rd qr stats 3TD's to 6 INTs. not so hot. He hasnt played as a starting QB much i think 15 games or so. He would be a project. I live in TX and alot of people I talk to about him say he doesn't have the arm strength for the next level. I think I'd rather take weeden.

If all fails then ya a pretty good prospect but he is a def boom or bust player. If he fails I can see the next staff or FO canned for it then starting over especially if they could of had RG3 and he blows up or Foles who might turn into something. But I like his ability but wish I can see a lot more from him. I did like him checking with a WR with a play to change his route, showed he got a good understanding of defensives.

Money on 3rd down and closing drive...hmmm, not a bad talent compared to how we could not finish this year.

Speaking of Weeden, the Monday nighter between Stanford and Okla St will be interesting. Personally, I'm hoping for the Colts to beat the Jags and Rams to lose. The Phins could possibly go all in to get Luck.

I am apprehensive of giving up the farm for RGIII. I like RGIII, but not for a ransom. Luck, on the other hand, I will send the farm, kitchen sink, the house and any other stupid reference for him.

I am not a Weeden guy, but has definitely been aided by Barkley returning, Jones sucking and the overall need at qb in the NFL.

Also, Oklahoma State will be motivated and steamroll Stanford.

It will be interesting to see how Luck does.

That OSU defense is NOT good....at all.....

I like Tannehill's upside but he's only played 1.5 years at QB in college. He's big, strong, nice arm, good leader (according to reports) but he's so far behind the learning curve that he should really sit behind someone for 2-3 years before ever stepping foot on the field....and you can't do that with a 1st or high 2nd round pick these days unless you're already a good team and just building depth. Miami obviously isn't that.

Can anyone confirm that RG III said football is plan B... I have no recollection where I heard this or read it... If thats the case, I have major reservations about his intentions....

Count me in the group that gives whatever it takes to get luck... after that, I'm not taking a qb unless they fall to me in the second round... (read, weeden)

they like lead college football in forced turnovers

You are saying they have the most take-away's?

I certainly wouldn't have thought that. I figured LSU would by far...but I don't have the stats anywhere.

OSU is close to what Luck has seen most of the season. Compared to PacXX defenses, they are neck and neck.

No fault of his what-so-ever, but it would've been nice to see Luck face either Bama or LSU... Hell, Auburn would've been nice to see or even one of the big three Florida teams. I think that would've been a very very good barometer for Andrew Luck.

sure it would have been nice to see luck play legit sec defenses...just like it would have been nice to see weeden or rg3 also...but its not in the cards

ok st's d has like 40 takeaways this year...its an obnoxious number
