Did you see offensive line issues in the all-22 video in the article linked in the original post? Do you think the nearly 30-point decrease in Tannehill's QB rating in the middle of the field is caused by an offensive line that somehow blocks significantly more poorly when Tannehill is throwing to that area? :unsure:
If neither of those things is the case, then a discussion of this issue is hardly "moot" because of something having to do with the offensive line, and we can put away the tape recorder that says "offensive line's fault" that we push "play" on whenever there's a negative point made about Tannehill.
Well, they aren't allowed to be concerned by that, because now that the offensive line appears to be blocking somewhat better with the addition of McKinnie, and Tannehill is playing no better nonetheless, they, along with Zac Taylor, are going to be the new, prime candidates for assuming the responsibility for Tannehill's problems among a significant percentage of the members of Finheaven. :up:
Watch. We're about to witness a dramatic shift, as the explanation for Ryan Tannehill's play moves from "the offensive line" to "the coaching staff." There will even be a few stragglers of the "not enough weapons" camp still intermingled there, who resume with that point after a period of dormancy during which the offensive line was to blame.

It appears that you want to see Ryan Tannehill fail and take every opportunity to cast a negative tone on his play in every game. OK - we get it. You really hate what you see in him as a QB.
The reality is that Tannehill is the brightest QB prospect to walk in the joint in 14 years. As a team, we have wandered through the valley of hell in search of a quarterback and he continues to improve. Why do you dismiss his tangible progress and fixate on any statistical shortcomings? You seem to put so much effort into trying to convincing our fanbase that he is a terrible player, it makes me wonder if you are on the Robert Kraft payroll to analyze competitor performance and cause general disruption.

Never mind that Charles Clay is functioning among the league's best tight ends, and that, as the article in the original post said, much of Sherman's offense is designed to get the ball to wide receivers on crossing routes in the middle of the field.
