Ryan wants Falcons to Pick him?

Ryan sounded as though he was lobbying to be picked by the Falcons on Friday at the NFL scouting combine. "It's a great city," Ryan said. "(Owner) Arthur Blank has done a great job, I think, in Atlanta. He's made a strong commitment to the city with everything that's gone on in the past year and has done it with class. I've got a lot of respect for that organization."

Something tells me Ryan will love any city, if they happen to be picking in the top of the draft. He and his agent are not dumb. They will make sure they say all the right things. Bet he loves South Beach!

Matt is going to like the $30 million even more.....I am sure he is saying all the right things to be diplomatic. He sounds like a really sharp guy and very articulate. I just hope the Tuna and Ireland spend a good time evaluating him....I think he will have a solid career wherever he ends up.

What do you expect him to say?, only a punk and an idiot would come on and bash any NFL city or team that might be his employer and benefactor.

I certainly don't take his statement as an indication he prefers Atlanta over anywhere else.
