A bit of an inspirational video to get you guys pumped up!

The bit at the beginning was supposed to be Saban talking about the wolves and sheep, but I couldn't find the clip anywhere so I'll just quote it here instead.

Saban said:
We would like to find 53 guys on our team who don’t need a sheep dog to find their way home at night, that they can take the individually responsibility to do what they need to do to be a productive player. That is the wolf. Then, the strength of that group together makes the pack.

We're not looking for sheep. We're looking for wolves. If we need a sheepdog to get them lined up and get where they need to get, then we have the wrong guys. I'm not trying to minimize leadership. I'm trying to maximize the individual responsibility of everyone else to not have to depend on anyone else to do it.
