If you ain't smart enough to wait until the ball is hiked by your team or the other team then you don't need to be on the field. Anyone making a stupid no brain offsides or illegal procedure penalty sits the bench. It's as simple as that!

Hadnot needs to ride the pine, he isn't doing such a great job that his stupid mistakes can be forgiven, he is constantly hurting the team.

Our defensive backs are being exploited week in and week out. We don't have the talent and our defensive coordinators or whatever we call him or them are not divising plays to cover their weaknesses. Once again, Travis Daniels is always one step behind or one second too late and Howard is 2-3 steps behind and 2-3 seconds too late. We need to sign T-Buck, I'm sure he's better than what we have now.

The receivers and Gus Ferrotte are marginal players. Our defensive line and linebackers are playing good enough ball for us to win games, if we could only muster up some offense and eliminate all these stupid penalties.

I've seen more fake reverses this year than I saw in Dan Marino's entire career. Throw the D.. ball! Be creative, divise plays to exploit the other teams weaknesses the same way they divise plays to exploit our weaknesses and maybe we'll win a few more games.

I've decided not to get too worked up after watching this game. The fact of the matter is that this is not a very good football team. The Phins are a pickoff away from losing to Carolina and being 1-4. There is alot of work to be done. I hope that they look to Cincinatti to see how a really lousy football team comes together. True it starts with a franchise QB that we lack but they need to start by cutting the fat and building from there.

I have been saying the EXACT thing.. We need to draft a QB and let him sit for a year and learn everything and take reps in practice

Cincy has a good young franchise QB, a good RB, and a stud WR.. They also have a solid defense.. We are not too far from that

it's not just one position, it's the whole. I don't know why, but the offense is just not clicking and executing. Gus will miss receivers or make a lousy pass, and then a receiver will not catch a pass that should be caught, that could have been a first down, and then the o-line will allow pressure at the worst or most crucial moment. Sloppy, undisciplined. what happened to the the Defense? Pittman for 129 yards rushing? he had two huge runs, one for a TD, what's going on

OK, I will give you the RB comparison......but besides "potential"....WTF has Chambers ever done on a consistent basis to called a "STUD WR"...and where is our young QB....this isn't Madden for christ sakes....we are a "rebuilding" team with NO viable future QB on the roster, and an AGING Defense.....GET REAL with the comparisons to the Bengals.

Yes, and that what happens when you suck for 10 years. The 1st round picks flow like wine. I don't want that here. We shall never be the Bungles.

Unless of course we're the 5-1 Bungles this year :D

And where exactly has 10+ years of mediocrity gotten us?

I don't think we'll be bad enough to be able to select Leinart in the draft so I say we shhould sign Matt Schaub in the off season. Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard he becomes a free agent.

The reason the Bengals are good this year is because not only do they have a franchise QB but they've also had good drafts. I remember they drafted Chad, Rudi Johnson, Justin Smith, and T.J. Houshmandzadeh all in the same draft. All Good-Great players. Then they added a franchise QB so it's no secret why they're good. Fans just have to realize that not only do we not have a QB but we also have been the worst drafting team in the league for the entire Wanny-Speilman regime. Saban has begun rebuilding this team from scratch. We will not win the SB bowl this year unless suddenly the cast-offs or spielman busts start playing better. (likely not happening). But atleast we have a bright future with Ronnie, McMike signed long term and hopefully the rest of our draft picks pan out. You can count on Saban not throwing the future of this team away like Wanny-Spielman did with their yearly draft-pick give-away extravaganza.

Man on Man Saban team has played only 5 real games and your calling him out alrady... I gues the honey moon is over before it even started... WOW Un real!!!

Saban is holding them all accountable. He is teaching them the meaning of that word and how it leads to championship play...which is what leads to championship trophies.

He doesnt want a Win for the sake of the Win. (Thats totally different than what a Fan wants or thinks is all that matters). You can tell that based on the threads following a loss vs. the threads following a victory. That's narrowminded.

Saban is asking each player to gut-check themselves. He is giving them rope to reel in the discipline or hang themselves....its their choice.

Saban flat out is a winner. Those type of people dont come around too often.

I think more fans need to forget strickly about Wins and Losses right now and listen and watch what Saban is coaching this team about.

Its about Championships in the long run for a sustained period of time.
