a few 1st time NFL headcoach's records

JimmyJohnson-1-15
Joe Gibbs-3-12
Andy Ried-5-11
Billicheck-5-11

Just for the record.

I am not a doubter. I think he will be great.

I am just acknowledging that his decisions haven't panned out yet and he is not willing to make a change.

He will learn from this year and hopefully realize that this isn't baseball. You can't bandaid certain positions and get good enough results

Who says he isn't willing to make a change? It's game number 6. Lets wait till week 10 to call him stubborn

Don't even pay attention to these guys saban used to be God on here then he's just like Wanny Gus used to be headed to the probowl now Sage is our Savior most of the people on here think Gus is our onlr problem Saban sees Sage at practice if he was that good he would be playing and maybe he will but I guarantee you guys don't know more about Sabans players than Saban so like he said STFU!

Bandaid certain positions? what is he supposed to do? Its not like were deep with talent. Im sure i dont have to remind you how the old regime threw away high draft picks and totally ran this organization into the ground.

Saban will be a great coach if he himself can handle the failure he's going to have this year without changing what makes him great. In other words, he better have a strong ego. Not necessarily a big ego, but a strong one.

Im sure after the season is over Saban will have a firm grasp what it takes ro win in the NFL

Guys, without TALENT you will not win. It's as simple as that. You cannot win in the National Football League with smoke and mirrors. I personally have MORE faith in Saban now then when we were 2 - 1! The man is resilient, smart, and has a tremendous track record of getting it done. Remember he is/was THE best coach on the market but as much as we'd like him to be, he is not GOD and cannot work miracles. It will take TIME to right the SS TITANIC, er... Dolphin.

Only now is it setting in for many Dolphins fans just how BARE the cupboard is. Make no mistake, Wanny/Spielman D - PHUCKING - stroyed this team!!!

We have every right to question or criticize a coach. That doesn't make us Saban doubters!! Noone is above criticism. There are some questionable moves he's made, pure and simple. Hey, I'm one who wanted Saban here, but right now I'm not sure of anything!!:fire:
