a buddy of mine works at a gym in Lighthouse Point where Chambers apparently trains from time to time and the word from him is that Ricky is in good shape and tearing it up out there opening people's eyes. All the new guys and rookie's supposededly had their jaws wide open and were making comments such as, "who is that," in awe at what they saw. Thought that was some tight news. Also good to hear that Saban likes what he is seeing so far, hopefully it just gets better and better from here.
