Saban has a bye week...

This is without a doubt another plateau for Saban. I am totally syked to see what he will do with a week to plan. This is the type of test that will define this team.

hell we had a long time to plan for the broncos and we dismantled them, arent they 3 & 1 now ? Even at halftimes Saban obviously makes good use of the time.

I don't think it will make much difference to Saban IMO. The way he works, I bet he could have a game plan ready in a day. I would hope he had time to relax and get caught up on some well deserve sleep. I don't want what happy to JJ happen to him.(Burn Out)

In my opinion what saban did in the bye was prepare for our next 3 to 4 games in advance.

All coaches say take it one game at a time. But coaches have to plan in advance, then make minor adjustments to the overall plan when gameday nears. Nodoubt he is an awesome coach and I too will be awaiting another dismantleing of our hated division rival.

Am I the only one worried that our players might fall into a semi-slump by not playing this past week? I'm sure Saban is keeping them motivated and on top of things..but..er..just one of those feelings.

I worry about the players taking this game for granted but not the coach. I think he will have them fired up and ready to go. I believe that is why he seemed so pissed off at his press conference on Monday. He will light a fire under their a%$es, trust me.

There is no way these guys are anything but focused for this game. That is the whole reason we are seeing success this season, SABAN is all about attitude and commitment.

I'm more worried that our team isn't going to take Buffalo seriously. They've given us some big losses in the past.
