Let's all say it together. Saban is God. It's so sick around here sometimes. Why can you people not believe that if Saban says it, then it's true. So many people in here want to be in charge of personel. I think I will trust Nick with those decisions over me or anyone else that comes to this site. Heck I will trust Saban over anyone in the world. I liked Will Poole too, but ya know what if Nick cut him then I have to believe that was what was best for the phins. Maybe we don't know everything. Maybe Poole was a baby and wasn't giving his best effort in rehabilitation his injury. There is obviously some reason he wasn't deserving of a phins uniform. If Saban dosen't want to cut Wright then obviously there is a reason he deserves to stay. Now I have to hear posts about picking up Omar Jacobs. :sidelol: Guys Saban knows what he's doing. Just go with whatever he decides and believe that any decision he makes is what is best for us.

I do believe in what Saban is doing as well. He has done everything right so far and there really is no reason to question what he is doing. He has more than 20 years of experience under his belt and he has learned from the best coaches that have ever been in the NFL.

While I agree with what you are saying, this is a discussion forum. You throw idea's or articles out there for people to discuss. I agree that its crazy some of the threads that you see on here about people wanting to pick up this guy and that guy. The best way to get over that though is to no post in that thread. Let it run all the way to the bottom and off the 1st page. If nobody would post in a stupid thread we wouldnt all have to look at them for 3 freaking days. Instead though a lot of people on here feel the need to make a snide remark to the person that made the stupid thread.

There is nothing wrong with questioning things. It's human nature to second guess other people's decisions. Contrary to popular belief, Saban isn't perfect. And fans are occasionally correct. (Some of them). I'm SURE Saban has made his share of mistakes that he wished he hadn't and I know he has second guessed himself. It's ridiculous to suggest someone is "perfect". I have tons of respect for Saban, and I think he is the coach who will take this team back to the Super Bowl. But I don't agree with every decision he has made and, like I said, I'm sure there are several choices he wishes he could go back and change.

Good point. Funny line too about the 3 freaking days. Im guilty of the snide remarks and replying to dumb threads myself. Still we will see that Omar Jacobs thread for 3 days whether people with sense reply or not. Enough people that want him to be our backup over Harrington will reply to keep it around. I had to draw the line somewhere. I couldn't take it anymore. I laid off the people bashing Manny Wright when it looks like he's still a phin. Bashing him helps nothing. I lay off the Chambers bashers. I lay off the people killing our secondary. I lay off the people who know who our #3 receiver should be. I just couldn't take the Omar Jacobs ideas. Sorry.

Lets also keep in mind that some people aren't as "in the know" as others. Even though most of us will think it is a stupid thread or idea the actual poster may not know enough to realize that and they will only learn by us "advising" them

Youre wrong. Saban is perfect. He has never made a mistake. Never. Usually I like to be the leader in most situations. Here is one guy I would follow without question. If I were the phins equip manager and Saban told me to put milk on every helmet I would just do it. No questions asked. Believe me that is rare for someone like me to do. He is 1 of maybe 3 people on earth I would never question. You should't either. Ive had trouble in many work environments due to my arrogance and belief that my way is best. I could work for the phins under Saban and be a total yes man. Anyone who hasn't read his book "How good do you want to be" should do so. Great read. It has become my bible.

It's too bad you don't have ovaries, because then you could have his children.

Amen to that!:rawk:

Dude, all Jon Gruden did was win a championship his first year in Tampa and people on the Bucs board still rip on him.

Face it. Every bonehead with a Madden franchise thinks he's a guru.

Like the other poster stated we see posts like this every other day wondering why people question Saban. Thats pretty much the point of this place, to discuss all things Dolphins.

No kidding. I hate people who play video games by themselves. And that madden game is way off on alot of the talent levels for a decent amount of players. Its like people on here harping about signing lance schulters. He played for us last year. If he were good enough to worry about Saban would at least offer him a contract. What does that tell you about Schulters. He blows. I bet he's one of the more gifted Safeties on Madden 06.
