The reason Saban brings in guys like Mularky and potentially Capers is not only beacuse their great coordinators but he realizes that he doesn't have assistant coordinators on staff now that warrant coordinator positions. If Mularky leaves in a year or two then Bagget or Garret will be experianced enough to then take on the OC position.
Same goes for Capers (if he signs) leaving. Smith or Muehlscamp will then have enough experaince to take on the DC position. Look at what Belhichek does...same thing...promote within!
Saban knows these guys will eventually leave, but their understudies will have gained valuable knowledge learned from Mularky and Capers and thus we will have consistency for years to come.
