Listen, Nick Saban is a no nonsense kind of guy. If a player isn't gettig it done, he's not going to play. If a coordinator isn't calling the right plays, Saban is going to remove him, if he has a boog, he's gonna eradicate it.

Its a new era of dolphins football gentlemen, and you're just gonna have to get used to it.
