The body of this dolphins season is only turning cold for a week and nick has already started to work on the bottom of the roster, worked out coach and is trying to hire capers, talking about not sitting still, yikes, this guy wants to win as much as we do if not more, we are going to be busy this offseason

In the age of FA, you can't sit still as an organization or you'll die (see the last 8 years for us). Mueller will be a big assist to Saban. He has a keen eye for potential. This offseason may be more exciting to fans than last one was....

Larry, I fairly quiver thinking ahead. I am STILL flushed with our seasons ending. When you look at Nicks track record so far, there have been few mistakes and HIS staff actually tries to correct them. Those who aren't serious fans think I am nutz, but I simply can't help myself here. I AM excited but the direction, and intensity of Nick Saban...speaking of Saban...anyone else notice that spellcheck won't learn how to spell Saban's name right.

Got to love this guy, he's like the energizer bunny. He keeps going and going. I would be shocked if we aren't in the Super Bowl in the next 2 years.

I feel you on that.

Wow !

I had a feeling that Saban would go after Don Capers. And hopfully We can get Capers. I think Jax has interest in Capers as well. Saban will have more $ money to offer. Saban does'nt waste time. :dolphins:

Saban is busy looking for guys to fit his system. Not neccessarily the best talent. You can have the best talent in the world, and if he does not understand what Saban is trying to do, then they become useless to him.

people have to remember this about Saban. Its all about the system. Saban will probably turn Yeremiah was a bullfrog into a cult hero because he understands when his name is called to make a big play, he makes one because he knows the system. This is the MO of the 3 time World champion New England Patriots. They have a great Qb to run the offense, while the no names just get first downs and dont make mistakes. They are a team through all 53 members. This is what Saban is going to build.

About Bell.... I have the feeling that he and Travares Tillman will be the starting safeties, provided Lance Schulters isn't resigned.

The same thought crossed my mind and I have no problem with it if that means we have more money to upgrade other spots.

They are both still pretty young. Maybe we should draft a safety, but not until the 3rd or later.

what would capers be on our staff?

Probably DC. Remember our current DC was not our 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd chice for that position last year. Saban is all about upgrading at each position...I guess that aplies to coaches also.

I am very impressed with how this team has turned itself around. I personally never felt we were as bad as we looked under Wannie... couching is the key that a lot of teams just don't get. They look for stars that will sell uniforms and stuff and not a couch that will just win games without stars.
