Saban Pleased With First Game

Hey, if Saban's pleased with the first game, then who the hell am I not to be! I think he'll fix problems in a hurry.
 
I too was pleased overall. The one exception was the secondary which I thought was horrendous. Overall good for a first preseason game

yeah the defense was definately a totally different look and seeing the corners get beat was not good.

The thing that surprised me about the D is the ineffectiveness in the Dolphins blitzes
 
Lets be real guys we have a new Offense, a new Defense, new players, new coaches, how the hell are there people mad about last night, this team will get it together, and its a good thing we have an extra preseason game, but some of you guys need to chill out, there were positives and negatives last night, guys are still learning the system, we still have 4 more preseason games, HAVE FAITH IN SABAN AND CO.

You had a Thread about Qbs earlier I was wondering what you thought about Brock?

Yeah. After the secondary the lack of a pass rush bothered me both straight up and with the blitz. I'm not as worried about that yet. If it continues I will be however.

I liked his play overall. The pick at the end didn't bother me. Going into the game I thought he was going to be chum but after Monday the practice squad or maybe even third string is possible IMO

I thought the same thing I did not thing he had a chance but he looked in controle of the team most of the time I never have been a big fan of his but I think he could be # 3 Sage has never showed me anything great.
 
Why should we listen to a guy who's with the team everyday teaching them and learning from them when all the wonderful fans here are so much better informed as to what this team will and won't do?? I so enjoy reading all the crap being posted by the impatient fans here. Some of you are priceless.
