In yesterday's press conference Saban was extolling the virtues of the team being able to practice and play on the different surfaces and in the differing environments of the outdoor practices field, the indoor bubble surface, and Dolphins stadium, He wants them to be equally comfortable, even when switching surfaces and environments.

To me, this can only help the team's focus when playing on the road. Conditioning them mentally (which Saban does very well) to be equally focused when they switch environments and surfaces will pay off.

God he really thinks of everything doesn't he. I remember him bringing that up but never connected the dots that scheduling practices in different spots, the practice field, the stadium, and the bubble...is almost like mini road games.

Consistency

Maybe I am giving him too m uch credit, but he would certainly want the team to put forth a consistent performance, regardless of their playing enviroment changing. This would help accomplish that.

Again, thoguh, he might have other conscious reasons for the variety and we think he is such a genius that we automatically credit him for it.

I do believe that the bubble, in addition to helping escape the heat, provides an artificial surface that helps the team prepare for Dome games (Colts, anyone?)

That'll be sweet :ffic:

saban will deff have us ready this season which is a huge reason i dont expect us to underachieve this season and why i dont buy any overrated talks, nick has us ready to succeed and he will lead us to victory

saban has all the time he needs to gameplan for the steelers. they dont really know what to expect from us. its not going to be pretty for pittsburgh

every move only adds to my belief that Bill B was telling the truth, "most complete coach I've ever known."

Saban!

Every time he do something, a lot of people don't believe why or what is he doing. That's cool we me. I know that he know what is he doing and we don't need to understand why or what is he doing, no even the players(they have to do what they are told, no question ask), is like don't look at the big pict, you will see it at the end in the meant time do what you are ask to do. What I'm getting ready is to party in feb with the SB at home and a huge victory and new record(first team to be and to win a SB at home, so it would be two records). He have been really hard at the moments of signing people, but that is because of something that we don't see, but after that we see what he new and what risk he was thinking to take for a player. Though guy Saban is and if you don't like it then take a HIKE!! GO DOLPHINS!! :dolphins:
