Yet another nugget of optimism my friends. Saban's recent press conference/tirade, as can be read on the main board, showed that we will no longer have to endure another year of the head coach making excuses for players. Ohhh, so refreshing. No more "they just need time", or "they're young and they're just gonna' make mistakes, that's just the way it is in football".

I for one am proud to call this guy our coach. He tells it like it is, plain and simple. No BS. No waffling. NO MORE EXCUSES. Are ya'll as excited as I am?

In a word, YES!!!

I am thrilled with the job Saban has done so far. He is going to hold players accountable for their performance, what a novel concept. Now if we could only figure out a way to have players contracts directly tied to performance and performance only we (meaning the NFL as a whole) would be in great shape. ;)

hey there are many fans that want to deidcate time to watch the young make mistakes...
i dont.... hell yea.. im stoked!... Play to win.. everytime!

It's definetly refreshing. I got tired of the BS and coddling by Wanny. He seemed more to be trying to win a popularity contest with his players than coaching them. We have ourselves a coach. If Saban fails at this level, it won't be because he was soft.

If you're a football fan and a Dolphin fan, and you don't like Saban...Then there is probably no hope for you at all.

I loved how Saban said that "there have been too many excuses around here"....Wanny & RS know exactly who NS was talkin' about on that one. I am 100% confident in Nick Saban turning this organization around.

I for one am really excited to see the starter play for 60 minutes.. The only time we won during the preseason is against TB when our starters when a majority of the game.

Also I am super stoked to see all this hype about the offense and defensive schemes...

We all heard about not showing hands.. and playing vanilla in the preseason...I wanna see what we're all about! Let it all loose... send a message to the league!...YEa baby!
