Saban Says We Should Keep Gase

F*** Nick Saban, but like most things football related he's right.

1 more year, it's not a good time to be looking for a new H.C anyway as there will be lots of openings.

There will be a lot of forum members disappointed next week.

Gase’s play calling ability and his stubbornness is his major downfall and will be the reason he never win a SB as a HC.

I have great respect for Nick Saban. He's one of the all time greats at what he does. Don't blame him one bit for running away from this absolute mess of an organization. It was obviously the right decision in hindsight.

But isn't he friends with Gase? No credibility in that sense.

Is there any better reason for getting rid of him?

To be honest, Gase would probably go on to win multiple superbowls if he ended up on another team. Everyone who leaves Miami goes on to find success.

Who?

Cam Cameron?
Dave Wannstedt?
Tony Sparano (RIP)?
Dan Campbell?
Joe Philbin?
Vance Joseph?
Jim Bates?
Todd Bowles?

Who is this "everyone" that has left and found success?

Until Ross sets the organizational chart the way it should be the Dolphins will continue to flounder. VP has final say, coach reports to GM. Chain of command is sorely lacking in this organization.

Perhaps Gase will one day be a good coach but right now he’s not. His offense has averaged 20 PPG since his arrival. His offense and defense are ranked 30th in the league. The roster is bad. He’s blaming players and injuries which all teams struggle with. Gase going to Cleveland is like Tannehill going to the Rams or Bears. Solid team around to help make him successful. It worked in Denver when Peyton Manning carried him.

Results are far more telling then words.
