saban has become the face of the dolphins and so far i like everything that i have seen he has been great.everything from his no nonsence approach to just wanting to be a pefectionist never satisfied always striving to be the best man it's been awile since we had that kinda attitude around here and i welcome it.my best friend is a huge steeler fan and i told him the one thing i like about the steelers is bill cowher he deserves alot of credit saban kinda remindes me of him he gets the best out of his players cause they belive in him and they will give him 110% never say die attitude man i love it........ :D

ya know. i hear people say oh saban is a rookie coach who has limited nfl experience.to a degree i can see some of what there sayin. but only to a degree. there is no guarenteed successful coach or player. but i personally beleive he is the one who taught bb how to run a defense. besides look at this offseason hes done very well imo for someone with limited nfl experience in fact hes been brilliant imo. i just hope he coaches as well as he organizes and influences players and runs practices and cuts out cancers. ohhhhh wait i guess that is coaching. hmmmmmm. i think i just heard the rest of the nfl go uh oh
