I'm not sure if a lot of these FA players have a lot of patience but one by one they are signing with other teams...
We lost Mawae, Hope, Givens, etc...

I'm sure Sam Adams, WR Kelly C., Arrington etc.. are running out of patience...

So who think that we are too slow with the signings of FA...

i agree 100 % with you. Finally some one smart enough to recongnize there is a problem with our front office. Were taking forever to sign players and we have not a damm thing to show for it...amen brother

The QB negotiations took quite a while. With losing our 2nd rounder, we need to aquire needed talent via FA but we have missed out on a few guys. I haven't been happy with the lack of signings thus far. The Titans have taken a lot of our guys.

What are you both talking about, Didnt we upgrade our OL and sign 3 other FA this week? Free Agency started on Saturday it's wed and we have gotten a NEW, QB, offensive lineman, defensive corners? We have the draft and players to sign. We are not the Redskins give us them a break the Bree's thing took too long I agree but were not done and Saban is building a team not a one man show..

We HAD to wait

We dont have lots of cap room, what if we signed a guy and then didnt have the money to sign a QB?

We had to do the QB deal first see what we had left then decide where to go from there

Thats my take on it

HAHA, thank you. I guess some want our entire team overhauled in 4 days.

Some people don't seem to realize that it's not possible to sign every high-profile FA available. Some teams who have buttloads of cap room can sign a few high-profile FAs, but most will be limited to one or two per season.

i agree completely and people need to stop making excuses for saban and except hes slacking a lil. you guys treat saban like hes your papi

I think some people on this board want to see activity for the sake of activity. Priority 1 was QB, and we have acquired one. We need other things, but QB took precedence and that's where the front office's energy was directed. If we had not gotten a QB and signed Mawae, Givens, and Arrington, people would say, "yeah, great, but we'll never win without a QB."
What in the world do people want?
These other positions will be easier to fill. QB is not.

Just maybe Saban didn't want them?????

I could not disagree more with you. Getting our Qb was the key to everything. We now know how much we can spend and alot of the guys that have already signed had so much money if front of them they would not have come here anyway. Sam Adams was one of the first guys to be here so he knows whats going on. Besides if Saban wants someone that bad he will go out and get them. No sense and being the Redskins and over paying every decent player. There are still alot of players out there that we can still get.

So true. The only thing I don't understand is how Washington is fitting all those players under their cap. Before the CBA was agreed to it was rumored that they would need to have 20 to 25 rookies on their roster making the minimum just to get under the cap. The new CBA gave them 10 million $ in cap room, and they released Arrington, but they are still able to make, what 5-6 big signings so far. I don't get it.
