what a difference in these two coaches.....I mean saban is filling the holes via free agent, and i know the sames goes for the draft...........wanny would be like " duh we need a punter or a waterboy....duh how about a running back.....i look back at the draft picks he did in the past and it burns me inside, the talent we pass by for players like jamar fletcher or eddie moore....what a joke we had......................thank god for saban:dolphins:



what you guys think
 
My main problem with the coach "who shall not be named" is not his personnel moves with Speilman, but his running the ball straight up the middle for no gain on 3rd and 3....his calls were so predictable and vanilla. Glad he is now ruining the Univ. of Pittsburgh and not us.

Not knocking you or this thread, because I feel just like you, but putting those two names in the same thread title is just a joke....I can't believe how much talent we have already gotten, or about to get, and the guy also knows how to coach on game day unlike the guy with the funny stach.
 
look what he is doing to that program.....he should try coaching in high school or the arena league!

it just feels good that a good coach is running our ship:dolphins:
 
The differance is about 100 IQ points and another 150 football IQ points.

From a fans "stand point" I think we need to let the Wanny thing go. Although I did hear Saban use "stand point" in his PC yesterday, a few times I might add:eek:
 
No Doubt

Times were so bleak under "The Cleft Mustache" that I had almost lost hope for anything positive as a Phin fan. But in a little less than two years Saban has me believing in and LOVING my Dolphins again.

'Cause there the, Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins number one!
 
ok........ please dont hate me guys....... i love nick saban just as much as you guys...... and i thought he was horrible as the dolphins coach. vanilla bland play calling is an understatement. but after he left and nick was hired, i was so happy, and decided to put all the wannyisms behind me, and i wish him the best of luck in life. and this year he had a SICK recruiting class. he had the 11th best recruiting class this year, not as good as my ND baby... but good luck to him, and good riddence for him being gone.
