It's nice to know we have a respectable head coach who definatley has a master plan for this team already.....what that is we will just have to wait and see.

Such a breath of fresh air compared to the wanny days when i swear he didn't have a clue where he wanted to take this organization......its almost like he was just guessing sometimes when it comes to offensive schemes or draft picks or whatever.......i can't tell you how many times i was in front of my tv and just wanted to cry because all we would do is run it up the middle

But now im one excited sob :cooldude:

I agree. Wanny was the worst. How could we have a 1,500 yd rusher and not be among the top offensive teams. I also hated Norv Turner. For al of the offensive genius tags he was given, the offense seemed terribly predictable and bland. Of course he was probably hand tied with Wanny. What about the Ravens and Chris Foerster being assistant head coach he is horrible and the people in the bucs organization have nothing nice to say about him.

I can't believe he got hired. I can't wait to see their Offense this year:roflmao:

In fairness to Foerester he was hired by NE when he was fired here so he must have some ability.

He was hired by Baltimore as OL coach/Assistant HC I believe. Why I have no idea though...maybe they felt their office computer porn wasnt of the highest quality

There is no debating that Nick Saban actually has a course planned out for what he wants to do, rather than throwing darts at a dart board and saying ok, that's what we are going to try and do next. Nick has a plan and even better, he Believe's in his plan. That's the key.

That's the key. It is all planned and system related. Plug players into your system and it will work as long as the system works. You don't need a ton of superstars. You just need hard workers who buy onto the plan. I truly believe we will be back to a high class, respectable, new england type organization.
